Pastor William B. (Bill) Kyzer serves as the part-time Associate Pastor of St. James. Born and raised in Red Bank, Pastor Kyzer has had a long and fruitful ministry as a mission developer and pastor of the Lutheran Church. His primary focus is on evangelism and visitation.
